Order Status & Return Policy

While we hope you are pleased with everything, sometimes what you get is not quite what you expected. We understand that. That's why we offer no hassle, free returns within 60 days. To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item is in unused/new condition and that you place it in the original packaging. 
To initiate a return: 

• Send an email to our team at orders@shopitdailyusa.com 
• Include your order number and the reason for your return
• If your item is eligible for our free no hassle return, we will provide the return shipping label to you
• Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed and will be automatically applied to your original method of payment
